Your oven plays a crucial role in ensuring your kitchen runs smoothly, especially when it comes to daily meal preparation. At Pegas Appliance Repair, we offer comprehensive oven repair services to resolve a wide range of issues, from gas oven repair to electric oven repair. Our experienced technicians are equipped with the knowledge and tools to restore your oven’s functionality efficiently and with precision, so you can get back to cooking without disruption.

Common Oven Problems We Fix

Inconsistent Oven Temperature

One of the most frustrating issues with ovens is inconsistent temperature control, which can lead to undercooked or overcooked meals. This problem is often caused by a faulty thermostat or temperature sensor. Our oven repair technicians meticulously test and replace these components, ensuring your oven heats accurately and consistently. We’ll also calibrate the oven to ensure it maintains the correct temperature for all your cooking needs.

Oven Not Heating

A non-heating oven, whether gas or electric, is a significant inconvenience that can halt your meal preparation altogether. This issue may be due to a malfunctioning igniter, a broken heating element, or a faulty thermostat. Our skilled technicians can quickly diagnose the problem and carry out the necessary repairs, whether it’s replacing the heating element in an electric oven or fixing the ignition system in a gas oven. We’ll ensure your oven heats up properly and efficiently once again.

Malfunctioning Oven Door

If your oven door won’t close properly, it can lead to significant heat loss and uneven cooking. This is typically due to worn-out hinges or a faulty door latch. Our repair services include replacing or repairing door latches, hinges, and seals to ensure your oven door closes tightly, retaining heat and improving cooking performance.

Self-Cleaning Function Not Working

The self-cleaning function is a convenient feature, but when it stops working, it may indicate issues with the control board or door lock mechanism. Our oven repair technicians are skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the self-cleaning function. We’ll repair or replace the faulty components, allowing your oven to clean itself effectively and as intended.

Oven Light is Out

While a non-functional oven light might seem like a minor issue, it can be inconvenient when checking on your food during cooking. This problem is usually a simple fix, requiring a light bulb replacement or repairs to the light socket. Our repair team handles even small tasks like this with attention to detail, ensuring your oven is fully operational.

Unusual Oven Noises

Strange noises coming from your oven can indicate underlying issues, such as a malfunctioning fan, worn-out motor, or heating element problems. These noises shouldn’t be ignored, as they can signal larger problems. Our expert technicians will inspect your oven, identify the cause of the noise, and repair or replace the necessary parts to restore quiet and efficient operation to your appliance.

At Pegas Appliance Repair, we’re dedicated to delivering reliable, high-quality oven repair services that keep your kitchen running smoothly. Whether it’s a minor issue or a major repair, our team has the expertise to handle it all, ensuring your oven operates safely and efficiently.
